Many of these builders require that when you first visit their website or any of their developments, that you register with them. It is crucial to your best interest to contact me first, because once you are registered with that company, I can no longer represent and protect you and your interest if I do not take you to register.
A misconception that many buyers have is that real estate agents cost them money. This is far from the truth, because it is the seller who pays our fee, especially on new construction homes. Whether you are represented by a real estate agent or not, you will pay the same amount for a home. In fact, having an agent may get you a better deal than going in yourself. So before you register with any builder or developer, contact me first!
