That said, in my experience as a San Luis Obispo & Pismo Beach real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I believe in being involved in the community I live in. I am currently serving on the San Luis Obispo Parks & Recreation Commission, a member of the Jack House Committee and on the San Luis Obispo Association of REALTORS® Government Affairs Committee. I enjoy assisting the community and making decisions that will have an impact on the present and future of our city.

Kylie Hatch of Keller Williams Realty takes 1st Place at 2nd Annual SLO-K Corral Chili Cook-Off


San Luis Obispo, September 27, 2007 —

 

The San Luis Obispo Association of REALTORSŇ held the 2nd Annual Chili Cook-off, raising over $8,000 for the Friends of Prado Day Center. Everyone who attended, taste-tested each of the 13 contestants chili and voted on which one they liked best. 3rd place went to Lynn Cooper from Wilson & Co. Sothebys, 2nd place was Matt & Irene from Coldwell Banker Premier and 1st place was Kylie Hatch of Keller Williams Realty, with his own special all meat chili.
